When it comes to production companies, you have many choices. At Suite Imagery, we know this and want to earn your trust. As our client, you’re the most important person involved with your project, because you’re the one who’s investing your hard-earned money for others to see the value of your services. Thus we take our mission seriously to help design your story in a professional and courteous manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

We work hand-in-hand with you from the very beginning of the creative process to ensure you receive the high-quality production you deserve and expect. Your project is like you – unique – so it’s important we learn about your business goals and so you can impart this message clearly and creatively to your audience.  Because of our transparency, our clients<\/a> have shared that they have found the process to be quite enjoyable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here’s the basic rundown of how we work with you from conception to birth of your baby:<\/p>\n

1) From the moment of contacting you, we’ll have a discussion about the vision of the project you’d desire to create. We’ll look at a myriad of factors to ensure we’re a good fit. If not, we’ll be happy to recommend you to another company who might be able to meet your needs.<\/p>\n

2) Once we learn what you’re looking to accomplish, we’ll assemble a quote laying out a proposal with a price that’s competitive.<\/p>\n

3) After receiving your signed agreement and 50% down of the total cost, we’ll begin immediately. We believe in giving you the freedom to be involved as much or as little as you’d like in the process, as well as providing you frequent updates. For no additional charge, we include 3 rounds of edits to ensure your project is crafted to your specifications.<\/p>\n

4) While all projects differ, we’ll deliver your project in a timely manner (averaging 4-6 weeks, depending on size and feedback),  of which final payment is due within 14 days of completion.<\/p>\n
